Exclusive accommodation - quiet and centrally located

Southwest of Leipzig's inner city, right on the water, you will find our ELSTER LOFTS. Relax and enjoy the nearby Clara-Zetkin-Park only 5 minutes' walk away from the property. On foot, by bike or by boat - if you like nature, we recommend a tour through the nearby forest Auenwald or to the lake Cospudener See. Numerous restaurants in the vicinity look forward to your visit offering traditional Saxon cuisine and international specialties.

Whether pharmacy or supermarket - for your daily purchases there are different shopping facilities at walking distance. You can get to the inner city by public transport within 10 minutes. Closest stops of public transport: Stieglitzstraße and Elsterpassage, tram number: 1, 2 and 3.

Prices are valid as of 01.09.2022 and may vary at holidays, trade fair times and other seasonal highlights of the city of Leipzig.

All prices include standard service package per night and apartment based on 1 person occupancy.

For each additional person we charge a surcharge of € 20, from 7 nights € 10, from 28 nights € 5.

Children and teenagers up to 17 years receive a 50% discount on the surcharges.

The standard time for your check-in is from 2 pm - check-out until 10 am. Different times can be agreed individually.

We charge a temporary energy flat rate of 1.00 EUR per person per night
and from October to April a heating surcharge of € 2.50 per apartment per night.

Parking (subject to availability): Monthly ticket € 150 or per night € 9,90.
